Who We Are

In 1998, our journey began when Mr. Jean Saad established the company to specialize in the installation of basic air-conditioning systems. Over the years, our extensive experience allowed us to emerge as the industry leader in the Lebanese market. Today, we constantly deliver high-quality solutions and quick installations of all types of air conditioning systems such as VRV & Split, in some of Lebanon's most significant projects.

Water Front SP1

Construction of Business Park consisting 6 buildings of 2 basements and 6 upper floors each, this project was executed in 2019 it consisted of over 200 outdoor units over 13000m of copper pipes

SGH Achrafieh

Historic site modernization with energy-efficient VRV systems to preserve architectural integrity.

Hotel ALBERGO

A delightful and elegant boutique hotel, is gracefully situated in the heart of Beirut. Completed in 2022, the project encompassed over 75 indoor air conditioning units and more than 15 outdoor units. Remarkably, this entire project was successfully completed in less than 3 months.

Holcom Holding

35,000 m² of built-up area including offices, warehouses, and parkings. Double-skin facades and modular office spaces. This project was executed is 2009, it consisted of over 600 indoor units, over 70 outdoor units and over 7000m of copper pipes (3 pipes, VRV system)

FNB Bank Headquarters Beirut

The building’s massing is composed of two main towers connected at each level by a glazed circulation ‘bridge’ . This Project was executed in 2018 it consisted of over 200 indoor units, over 30 outdoor units, over 2500m of copper pipes (3 pipes, VRV system)

CMA CGM

This project was executed in 2021 within a year it consisted of over 100 indoor units, over 30 outdoor units and over 2000m of copper pipes (3 pipes, VRV system)

Abdel Wahab Towers Achrafieh

Construction of Housing Community consisting of 2 Towers and 3 Buildings. Each comprising 5 Basement Floors, Roof and Top Roof. This Project was executed in 2014, it consisted over 500 Indoor Units, over 75 outdoor units and over 5000m of copper pipes (2 pipes, VRV system)
